ITANAGAR, Mar 21: All Arunachal Contractor's Welfare Association in its complaint letter submitted to Chief Secretary has urged to direct all the concern agencies and Treasury department not to pass any bills under SADA, SIDF and Untied Fund for current financial year 2018 without submission of proper evidence of execution of works against the sanctioned schemes.
AACWA in its letter asserted that they welcome the various developmental schemes taken by the state government in the current financial year but strongly object the passing of bills against fresh funds sanctioned under Untied Fund at various treasury offices without commencement of any work.
