PASIGHAT, Nov 22: The 4th edition of UPS level games and sports was declared open at the JNC playground by SP Rajiv Ranjan Singh on Thursday in presence of Jt. Director Secondary Education Marken Kadu, DDSE J Yirang and others. 
Altogether 13 UPS from three blocks are participating and the inaugural games was started with football match between the winner team of Mebo block and winner team of Pasighat block.
Gracing the occasion as Chief Guest, SP Singh lauding the education department as a whole congratulated the children for getting such opportunities to expose themselves of their hidden talents. He also advised the students to take up games and sports as professions if they are not good in studies.
Guest of Honour Jt. Director Secondary Education Kadu in his brief address appreciated the efforts of DDSE J Yirang while informing that no other district in the state was organizing such activities. DIPRO
