ITANAGAR, Jul 26: A four member team from the state will be part of the 50 Indian Youth delegation to Russia under the bilateral youth exchange programme of the Ministry  of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India from July 25- August 5. Union Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju is also scheduled to attend the same. Assistant Finance Secretary of All Arunachal Pradesh Students' Union, Kabak Himalaya along with Tadar Lugu, Taba Toofan and Yamdo Aga will be part of the delegation. Newsdesk
