Delegates from five districts--Upper Subansiri, Kamle, Kra Daadi, Kurung Kumey, and Papum Pare will be participating in the celebration.

Meanwhile, Heri Maring, General Secretary, Nyishi Elite Society, and Prof. PG Tago, General Secretary Tanw Supuñ Dukuñ today visited the celebration venue and oversaw the preparations.

It is worth mentioning that earlier the two communities, to further strengthen the age-old relations has adopted many resolutions such as to strictly denounce traditional system of revenge, to encourage inter-tribe marriage among others.
