ITANAGAR, Jan 22: The Governor, BD Mishra summoned a three-day session of the State Assembly from February 21-23, a government spokesperson said on Tuesday. The order was issued vide order no GS/I-115/00(Vol-III) dated January 17, issued by the Governor.
