ITANAGAR, Mar 19: Three siblings were killed in a fire accident on Sunday at Weshi (II) village under Pokoti Circle of East Kameng district.
The victims were identified as Bongali Tallang, 6, Laxmi Tallang, 3 and Mariam Tallang, 2, according to police source.
The accident reportedly occurred at around 7 PM when the children were at home unattended.
Neighbours tried to save the victims but the fire had already engulfed the house when they arrived. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, the police source told.
