SEPPA, Nov 4: The second All Women Police Station of Arunachal Pradesh after Itanagar was inaugurated here today by Minister of Home Kumar Waii in the presence of local MLA Tapuk Taku, DGP SBK Singh and DIG West Isaac Pertin. The function was attended by DC East Kameng Gaurav Singh Rajawat and SP Vikas Kumar.
Addressing the inaugural function, the DGP emphasised the importance of women police stations in context of sensitivity towards registration and investigation of crime against women. He also exhorted the policemen to work for the betterment of society with discipline and integrity.
MLA Tapuk Taku also appreciated the launch of police station which is second in the whole of Arunachal Pradesh. 
Home Minister Waii asked the police to perform their duty with utmost sincerity and also emphasised on the need of civilian- police cooperation.
The DC distributed winter jackets to police personnel.
