ITANAGAR, Apr 24: The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW) has received various reports of crime against women during the current lockdown from Capital Complex and many districts of the state through the District One Stop Centres and Women Helpline.
APSCW shared this data through a press release issued on Friday. Total of such cases registered during the lockdown are 25 and counselling over telephone has been provided by the Commission to the victims. It has also sought status reports of unnatural death of a lady officer, death of a lady linked to a fire accident and 3 abandoned widows. 
APSCW has also made donation to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and distributed one thousand face masks to the TRIMHS medical staff fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. APSCW PR
