KOLORIANG, Nov 2: A coordination meeting on Panchayati Raj Electoral Rolls Special Summary Revision 2019 was held today here at the DC Office Conference Hall under the chairmanship of DEO (PR) Kurung Kumey district, Kento Riba. 
All EROs/ AEROs of the district participated in the meeting. DEO (PR) read out the schedule of Special Summary Revision of Panchayati Raj Electoral Rolls and requested the officials  to prepare error free Electoral Rolls by adhering to the instructions issued by State Election Commission. He suggested that EROs/ AEROs should strictly maintain the electoral roll norms under any circumstances and also proposed to engage the HGBs & GBs for smooth conduct of the process. Written request from political parties for appointment of BLAs in the concerned Gram Panchayats for assisting the BLOs in Special Summary Revision process was also suggested by the DEO (PR).
EROs/ AEROs have given their assurances to prepare error free Electoral Rolls to be used during the ensuing State Panchayati Raj Elections 2020. DIPRO
