ZIRO, Mar 11: The first phase of training for Sector magistrates and Flying Squads was held in the DC Conference Hall today. 
Speaking on the occasion District Election Officer, Chukhu Takar called for concerted efforts from all the stakeholders to ensure a free and fair election. 
"The Sector magistrates will have to start sector mapping and familarize themselves with their sectors. They will play a major role in identifying sensitive areas and reporting the same to the DEO," he added while exhorting all to be prompt in disposing their assigned duties. 
Michi Tabiyo, Nodal Officer for cVIGIL presented a PowerPoint on various application launched by ECI. He delved in length about cVIGIL and explained in detail about the complaint registration process. 
SP Dr.Hemant Tiwari and ADC Gombu Tsering also addressed the gathering. They highlighted the security aspects and duties of sector magistrates elaborately. DIPRO
