YUPIA, Jun 1: The Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya alumni under the aegis of Halo Society, today visited their alma mater, VKV Sher to walk down memory lane and extend support for the school’s betterment.
The group led by Society Patron, Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare Dr Joram Beda, IAS interacted with the students and shared critical inputs to excel in academic life, emphasising that classes IX and XII are the most crucial period in academic life of any student.
Exhorting the students to do well and keep the honour of the school which has groomed a significant number of officers who have excelled in life, DC stressed on inculcating self-discipline and motivation, the key to academic success.
The Halo Society donated solar street lights, RO filter and dustbins to the school in addition to providing financial support to address its water shortage problem and commitment to arrange smart classes. DIPRO
